The founders of NB-ESTATES are Carl Vorsselmans and Freyke Van Looveren. Both made a career switch from the police world to the Spanish real estate world. Carl spent many years as a commissioner with the Special Units and Freyke with the Antwerp Local Police. This is necessary to practise the profession of estate agent on Belgian territory. In Spain this is not regulated, which means that anyone can practice the profession.
